We’re now approaching our first public screening of the film ‘Fight for the Right’ which will be shown at the new Library of Birmingham as part of the Discovery Season. discoveryI recently wrote the evaluation report for the project and wanted to share some of it here. Fight for the Right: the Birmingham Suffragettes was an opportunity for young women living in Birmingham to explore the activities of both sides of the suffrage campaign, militant and non-militant, in Birmingham in the early 20th century.
